I believe your asking about the Marriott on the Thonburi side of the river. I live about 5 km away from that area, and the cost would be somewhere around 300 to 350 baht plus tolls of 90 baht (tolls when up to 45 baht on 1 sept, plus airport fee of 50 baht. so about 440 to 500 baht give or take. But I doubt that would be a problem if you can afford to stay at the Marriott. It takes about 45 minutes if you do take the expressway on a good day.

i’ve been there 3 times. a v nice resort w/ a hugh pool. u made the rite choice. fr the airport, it wil takes u abt 40 mins to arv there depends on the real traffic. u know there’s always serious jam in Bangkok. but now that they hv the toll highway so allow ur cab to go smoother. of cos there wil be toll fee but it’s CHEAP. so no worry abt it! meter cab fr airport to the resort wil be approx. USD$13. but if u like a more comfy way, u can try the Thai Airways Limo like me. i take that 1 usually & it’s Baht800 a car. cab is like Baht500 but of cos a limo wil be a lot comfort. rite? even thou u dun fly on Thai Air. u can stil enjoy their svc. just approach to the Thai Limo counter & pay. they wil assign u 1 at once.

which marriot resort and spa? there is a marriot hotel in bkk – the cab fare on meter would be abt 300-400 baht – fifty baht over meter and should take abt 40 minutes but really depends on the time of day and traffic – - the one in phuket is nicer
