Hypothetically, If Someone Were To Reside In A Spa Resort For 3 Decades, Would The Aging Process Be Slower Or?
is it predetermined by that person’s genes, for example, would their hair whiten at the age of 45 whether they had been taking daily facials and Finnish saunas, and a good diet and excercise for years, or doing manual labour in a harsh climate?

Yes!!! Much slower and in my own opinion could even be reversed.
If gray hair is the problem try Sytropin or another HGH supplement, some people have reported that after a few months their gray hair dissapears. Also, look into the mineral indium. Your energy level will increase as well as the gray hair dissapearing will be just a sign of general rejuvenation from the inside out. If you are not into takign supplements there is a set of 5 exercises called the Tibethan Rites that will balance and normalize your chackra activity and cause you to rejuvenate as well.
Now the longer answer.
- Different nutrients have multiple roles in our system, for example Vitamin C helps absorb Iron and produce collagen which is why it is said to tighten the skin but it doesn’t stop there, it has also clinical uses for infertility, diabetes, bruising, varicose veins and even glaucoma just to name a few. The mineral Zinc has been also known to directly influence fertility and male sperm count. For this example Vit C and Zinc could be used to treat infertility, chances are some people having difficulty conceiving could be lacking one of these or both. Since all the nutrients are used for many different purposes our “genetics” will determine the “prioritizing scale” for which each nutrient will be used. You can think of it in terms of budget. First you pay mortgage and food (basics) and then you plan for vacations for example, another person could decide to save for education, etc. The prioritizing scale is what changes genetically because having different backgrounds our bodies have had to adapt to different activities and that is passed along on our DNA. It is not rare to see after a few generations of divers in a family that the newer generations have an inborn greater lung capacity. However, genetics would just be half of the equation because your nutrient intake is the half you ahve control over.
You could be genetically prone to absorb less of a nutrient and that could be arranged with supplementation. Your body could be deciding to use your Vit C pool to lower high blood pressure instead of not bruising but if you assume you’ll have enough of everything, the body wouldn’t be forced to “chose” and would have to regenerate everything but this is only from a nutritional standpoint.
Assuming you have adequate intakes of nutrients you need to stimulate the body to produce for instance Growth Hormone which is known to decline it’s production rapidly as the aging process starts. This is done by doing lots of exercise, but exercise would generate free radicals which could contribute to aging so detoxing becomes an essential part of the equation. Selenium and Vitamins A, C and E are great anti oxidants. Your activity level and environment will also have a say on how fast you age or rather on how many more nutrients you’ll need to regenerate properly but a high activity level if accompanied by the optimal diet could be better, the body adjusts and faster metabolisms have their advantages although they arof course more high maintance and that could imply aging more rapidly if deprived of the proper nutrients. Same with water, the colder the climate the less water you would need to drink.
Finally, even if you are taking all the right supplementation, eating right (organic is much better) you still need to detox because toxins such as heavy metals and pesticides in the air and water supply can prevent the body from properly absorbing certain nutrients even if you are taking them. Keeping yourself very hidrated at all times helps tremendously, in fact the first wrinkles are nothing more than the skin being dehydrated and the liquid in our bodies not being clean enough. In fact Alexis Carrel which won the Nobel prize in 1912 stated that the cell didn’t age. It was the liquid in which it floated that degenerated. Did you know that no cell in your body is older than 7 years? So if the problem is not our cells it must be the rubble accumulated inside not letting our bodies regenerate properly.

With regards to skin and body condition, it would slow the ageing process.
A more stressful lifestyle contributes to wrinkles, and stress is also proved to cause earlier whitening of the hair than genetically dictated.
Also, a harsh climate would also damage the skin, and sun damage is a known cause of wrinkles and brown spots.
So yes, it definetely would- stress plays a lot in one’s appearance over the years.
